Malvern Kit Car Show Review 2024
Following the Clubs impressive display at the 2023 Newark Kit Car Festival, the show organisers invited us to attend the National Kit Car Show at the Three Counties Showground near Malvern. This is a lovely showground with a dedicated campsite and a scenic view of the Malvern Hills.
This was a weekend event with activities on the Saturday and Sunday. The show attracted many kit car manufacturers, specialist parts suppliers, plus many owner’s clubs and their members cars.
Many of those present at the show are dedicated tinkerers, so they had a great affinity for our cyclekarts, resulting in a great deal of interest. Consequently, we were invited to display some of our Cyclekarts within one of the exhibition halls.
This event attracted a great many Cyclekarts and we had a long line of 18 Cyclekarts (and 19 drivers) in our pit-lane. They all looked fantastic, especially with their new display boards. In addition to our pit-lane display and static display in the exhibition hall, we also had a variety of dynamic activities.
These included general driving round our oval grass track, pursuit racing, and a sprint.
